Right after the download, I could not continue the steps to start using Unity, because the bar on the right can’t be rolled down (yo can see it in the image) and because of that I can’t move on.

Try clicking on one of the “capacity” options, then use the TAB key to navigate. If it scrolls, great, if not then keep hitting TAB, then SPACE over and over. In theory you should eventually get to a “next” button and SPACE will press it.
It does not work for me, the next button do nothing than reload the same page. withou any error message. what can be done to skip that Survey?
