Can't connect to the cloud repository server from TeamCity build configuration

Hello,
I am trying to setup TeamCity to work with our cloud based Plastic SCM repository.
During the build configuration page, I am getting the following errors on ‘advanced branch filtering’ tab.

Also, if I uncheck the 'Enable plastic branch filtering’ and directly press the ‘Test Connection’ button it gives me the following error.

Any idea would be great.

Alright, managed to solve it by manually copying several .conf files.

Copied following files:
AppData/Local/plastic4/client.conf
AppData/Local/plastic4/cloudregions.conf
AppData/Local/plastic4/profiles.conf
AppData/Local/plastic4/tokens.conf

To the following directory:
(PlasticSCM Installation Directory)/client/
