Can't do anything with Unity

After opening Unity, it loads and then just displays the menu bar… Sometimes, when I restart it, it loads and everything is displayed,
Even after opening well, I can not click anything apart from “Menu Items (i.e; File, Edit,…, Help)”, I can not select anything from other Panes…

Please, help

I’m using “Unity 2018.2.21f1”

Thats strange…

OF course, i say you the normmal procedure… reinstall everythig and old versions…

But also, you should go to Unity forums with this issue, note Unity Answers.
