I’ve attached a screenshot of the behavior. The supported version says 2017.2.1 or higher and I’m running 2018.2.12.
Hello @darkwingfart ,
I will attempt to flag the asset internally for revision. Unfortunately, this .unitypackage is not made by Unity, so it must be updated by the maker to either support later versions or establish a range in which this version works.
Cheers,

Hello @darkwingfart ,
It seems there is an easy way for our users to flag this type of compatibility issue by navigating to the Asset Store page like this:
This will flag the Asset Store provider that something needs fixing in his Asset Store Package.
You can also, if the package provider does not respond to your query, flag it for Unity curators to take action by submitting a ticket here: https://support.unity3d.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=65905
Have a great day,
Pedro
