Cant download bought assets in Unity (UnityTls Error Code 7)

Hey,

I want to use an asset i bought to create my game Title…
Its a PhotoShop template for many fonts.

PSD Logo Templates | 2D Icons | Unity Asset Store

I downloaded it a few months ago for an other projet but i dont remember where it is… lol
Now i try to get it back from the asset store and im gettting this error…

What can i do to get it back ?
It seems Unity is breaking their asset store…?

I get this as well, tried everything, anti-virus, firewall ports, reinstallation, different versions, enabling TLS 3 in IE options with no effect.

For me, the download kicks off but gets to about 7% and then hangs at 0. Microsoft needs to have an answer to this other than generic responses
