I’ve tried two differenct browsers and have nno pop-up blockers on and when I click on the download link it refreshes the screen but does not start a download. Please advise.
Are you behind a big company/government firewall? I was having this same problem and finally had my wife download it at home where I put it on disc and brought it to my work machine.
