Can't find ARCoreSettings in Project settings

I made a AR demo , it works fine on iphoneX but not work on Samsung SM G950 ,(it can’t find any plane)

I found maybe i miss the ARCoreSettings.

so i go to the project setting and create one.

but i found i can’t link it

it should be like this.

But my project setting is this.

So anyone know what i’m missing?

by the way unity version is 2019.1.8f1
