Can't find my store IDs after apps have been live for over a week

Since I can’t file a ticket or start a direct conversation in the portal for some reason, I am posting here. Two of my apps have been live for over a week now on both Google Play Store and the App Store. I have been trying to add my store IDs in my project settings every day since they went live. But, I always get the message that my store IDs can’t be found. I am copying and pasting directly from the store portals, so I know it is not a typo. How do I fix this?

You can go to the Dashboard and try to Grow > Acquire > App. Then you can press Add app to add your own app links. After they are added, you should be able to link their ids in Project Settings.
