I really loved the terrain toolkit, but now I can’t seem to find it. I know this is probably a stupid question, but I just can’t find it.

No tool kit there.
Apparently they have decided to remove the resources page from the website,
in favor of a redesign and the Asset Store.
Without a warning websites, books and tutorials now have broken links.
I hope they can restore all the files from the resources page and not only parts of it.
For example, I cannot find the Terrain Toolkit package in the Asset Store and
http://www.sixtimesnothing.com/terraintoolkit now has a broken link.
