I get a link over two months ago and use muse chat over 1.5 months, now after entering question to chat it asks me to sign up.
Try to use chat under same unity account.

Same issue here. Been using muse for several weeks without any problems and suddenly it gives me the same message.
Try to sign out, then sign in again. Works for me
