Can't get High Definition render pipeline to work

I've tried creating a project with the HDRP template, but nothing shows up in the scene and I get these errors:

  • Kernel 'KSampleCopy4_1_x_8' not found; UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)
  • ArgumentException: Kernel 'KSampleCopy4_1_x_8' not found.
