Can't get repository, can't access the cloud build, nothing

I’m extremely pissed right now so please bear with me.

Oh where do I start with this issue(s). So about a few weeks ago maybe a month and half now, I lost complete access to plastic. My project can’t get the repository, or organization. It says something along the lines of “ff_restart is disabled, please re-enable it via Dashboard” yet when I log in with my unity email, I can’t see it in Dashboard, or in the cloud build. It only shows the two tests I was messing with but not the one I’m looking for.

A bit of context for my project: I was brought onto the team when it first started out, after a lot of internal issues with project leads I got promoted the lead.
Now the person who “owns” the unity project and everything is a friend who can see the Org when they log into Plastic, yet it still says I am an owner. IIrc, they said something about the project needing an updated payment method even though when we were forced to migrate it never needed anything. Oh and I’m loging into Plastic using the unity email that was provided when it was force migrated.

I’m beyond frustrated and it’s been nothing but issues since Plastic was installed. I like the features it provides but everything else I hate, “oh wanna update your build to your teammates? Time to practically manual every merge.”

I’m using Unity 2021.3.5f1, I was previously using 2020.3.14f1 then had to update it due to URP issues. And even when using 2020 I kept having a lot of issues. Idk if it’s just that Plastic is new and still trying to get stuff working but holy crap, with all the issues Unreal engine is looking a lot better right now.

Please open a ticket at support@plasticscm.com letting us know your organization name and subscription owner email so we can review your case. We can assist you to re-enable the subscription, change the subscription owner, enter the payment information…

Regarding the workflow issues: merges… Are you using locks for the binary files?
We are also open to arranging a meeting with you to review your setup and help with the one that fits with your needs.
Hopefully, after defining a better workflow most of these issues you are facing disappear.
