I just downloaded the terrain editor add on but cant get it to load into my unity project.
Can somebody tell me how to set it up? thanks
the terrain editor is already integrated with unity so no idea what you talk about
thats not an editor but the terrain toolkit that offers you additional functionality on the terrain. never worked with it but I would expect that you need to have at least a terrain in the scene if not even select it first
Read the instructions included with the terrain toolkit. It explains how to set it up. Works like a champ.
All that came with it was the unity package file.
