Can't Install Unity, Why?!?

So i Just Got Started At Unity And When i Tried To Install Unity I Can’t When It Reaches 6.3% It Keeps Resetting To The Beginning And I Kept Doing It Over And Over Again But It Doesn’t Work And My RAM Is “4GB” And Processer Is “Intel (R) Core ™i3-7100 CPU @ 3.90GHz 3.90GHz”
