Quick update, we have found the source of the issue and working on getting it resolved.
While this page isn’t the most detailed currently, you can see the status of the issue under the “Unity Dashboard” sections and will be able to see when it is resolved: Services Status

Thank you for your patience. I have just received the confirmation that the issue has been resolved, you can now sign up for the Beta without any trouble.
