Can't link Project / Create new Project ID

I want to use Multiplay to host my game server. I have 2 organizations:

  • A: Runs a free plan
  • B: Runs a “Pay as you go” plan, i.e. I’ve set up my credit card for payment

Now for Multiplay I need to link my actual Unity project on disc to the Unity project on the website under organization B.
Issue: In the Unity Editor, when I go to Services and try to link my project no projects show up for organization B. If I click “Create new Project ID” the Editor tells me “Could not create project”
For organization A the projects actually show up for linking but with that organization I can’t use Multiplay.

Is there some sort of activation time after setting up payment for an organization?

So apparently this is indeed a bug.
I got around it by creating a new organization that runs a free plan. Link the project in Unity and then upgrade to the pay as you go plan.

Quick question: Do you have the same role in both organization ?
