Cant load Scene

I have a completed scene (map). i had no issues yesterday, until i tried to run the game and it couldn’t load it.
error i am getting is unknown error occurred while loading Assets/Brynhild Trisects.unity

Looks like your Scene got corrupted somehow. There’s a workaround below - give it a try. If it doesn’t work, then you will need to recreate your Scene entirely from scratch.

Unknown error occurred while loading 'Scene Name'.

I found a solution. Get into your scene folder and right click on the .unity file and with Unity opened in your project select “Edit Unity scene file”, then you’ll be in your scene but you now have to copy all the elements of your hierarchy (Ctrl+A) and then paste it into a new scene. Delete the old one (corrupted) and rename the new one with the name of the old one. Works with Unity 2018.3.2f1

I couldn’t figure it out. I went to where the scene is at in the folder. I right clicked but dont see anything about Edit Unity scene file. I also tried from inside unity and couldnt find it
