Can't login to Unity Account

Problem:

I start the Unity Hub, then open an existing project and try to sign in.
And I always get: “You must install the Unity Hub to sign in and use the Unity services.”

So I basically cannot use any of Unity services, and I don’t have access to all the Unity Asset Store assets I bought.

Unity Hub: latest release.
Unity 2019.2.10f1
OS: Windows 10.

What I tried:
Uninstall and reinstall both the Unity Hub and Unity.
Whitelist both to Kaspersky Internet Security.
Turn completly off Kaspersky Internet Security and the Windows Defender.
Delete AppData\Roaming\Unity.

The result is always the same. “You must install the Unity Hub to sign in and use the Unity services.”

The problem started after one of two (not sure): 1) the last Unity Hub update; 2) the Windows Update 1903.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
