Can't manage to make Unity run without Admin privileges

Hi, and thank you in advance
When I start Unity, a pop-up appears, saying that Unity is running with administrator privileges and that it might be dangerous. It then asks me if I want to restart Unity to have it run without admin privileges, I click that option, yet it starts the program and I get a warning in the compiler telling me Unity is running with admin privileges. I can’t figure out what’s wrong…

In both UnityHub and Unity, in their properties, in the compatibility tab, the “run as administrator” option is unticked.
I have seen on forum someone saying for them it was an installer bug. So I deleted both programs and reinstalled, while letting the installer finish it’s work and close before opening either. It didn’t work
Then I went to try and change the security settings (secpol.msc). Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator Account is now enabled.

And as for now, Unity just won’t open with that setting turned on and I don’t know what to do. (The pop-up about the program running with Admin privileges still appears, but the program itself doesn’t open anymore).

edit:
Oh, actually, it does open after I click on my project in UnityHub and close both the Unity pop-up and UnityHub, but it still shows the error
