Can't open certain settings Edit: nevermind, I'm blind apparently

I am brand new to Unity and am trying to learn how to use it. One issue I’ve come across is that I can’t open certain settings. I’ve tried Googling it but all the results seem to be for an older build. I’ve also tried searching through the forums here but didn’t see anything recent about my issue. If I have missed a post talking about the same issue with a solution, please let me know. I also made sure that my computer meets the requirements so as far as I can tell, my computer should have no issue running Unity.
I’m unable to open the following settings:

  • Player Settings
  • Project Settings
  • Preferences
  • Shortcuts
  • General Settings

Here are my computer specs if they are needed:

  • Windows 10 64bit

  • Intel i7-6700k CPU 4GHz

  • 32GB RAM

  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 1070 GPU

  • 2TB SSD

Any and all advice is appreciated. I also apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place

the graphics card is low, but it should work, my 1080 was enough…

what do you mean unable to open settings, what happens?

Nothing happens. They just don’t open

have you tried resetting your layout? any chance it thinks its appearing on another monitor?

Never mind. I found the issue. Turns out Windows kept opening the options on my drawing tablet I keep connected to the computer but don’t

Lol I actually just looked into this. The windows kept being opened on my connected drawing tablet and not of either of my two drawing screens. I thought I had solved that issue…
At least it was a user problem and not a software problem
Out of curiosity, what would be a good GPU for this sort of thing? I’m saving up for my next build
