Can't open project twice after creating it

Once I create the project with 3.0b10 it does not let me open the project twice it keeps saying that, unity is already in the list and you cannot locate the same version. I even tried moving the directory because wanted to make sure it wasn’t conflicting with 2.11f1

I’m not sure I understand, you cannot open the same project a second time if it’s already open. You can open several different projects at the same time though.

I mean after you create your project and you close everything it won’t let me reopen it or any other project tied to that version at all.
