Can't open script by Visual Studio on specific HDD?

I can’t understand why this happen but,

I have exact same project file on various HDD, SSD.

For test, I just copy whole project folder to many drives,

Run unity 2020.1.11f1 (newest), and open script well by visual studio 2019,

but fails only on one HDD folder that is under Synology Drive Client shared cloud folder that synch with my synology NAS drive.

Why? all copied project folders, so there is no difference at all, but why only on this specific folder fails to open VS 2019?

Maybe it’s a problem with Synology?

yes… but I don’t know why… deleted whole folder and change folder name and copy again, not work.

At other drive’s project, VS opened well from inside unity.

So I found reason… the folder name. I input korean language at project folder’s parent’s folder name.

Unity and VS should care too about other languages too…
