They must be in process of updating the agreement function on the Asset Store.
I agree to the terms but the purchase button doesn’t work.

ok, thanks at least now I know it’s something here.
It was due to a custom color scheme, I thought the terms agreement selection box was a bullet marking.
Selecting it works.
