Can't resolve DNS entry

We’ve tried to get Unity’s version control system to work with our team. Both my teammates use Windows, and I’m the only one on macOS (Sonoma 14.2.1). We’ve tried to understand what’s happening, but can’t figure out why we’re getting this message:

From both the DevOps Version Control software and Unity, it’s impossible to just update the workspace or check in new changes. From the Unity Editor, I simply get a message “Impossible to connect”, with no further explanations and nothing in the console. In the DevOps sofware, I get the error message I pasted above. I can’t check in any of my changes. They are listed correctly, I can toggle each one as I want, but when I try to check them in, I get the error. As far as we can tell, no firewall, anti virus or any other interfering software is running on my computer. Neither my colleagues have had the same issue, and we have no clue how to fix this.

We’ve tried reinstalling everything, updating the OS, we’ve also tried with a new Unity project, but we still get the exact same situation. Does anyone have thoughts about what we could do to get all of that to work properly?

well i cant resolved it and im on windows, so if they have a cached dns entry they could tell you the ip and you can put it in your hosts file as a work around… (if this doesnt make sense, google)

Can you attach your logs folder?
/Users/xxx/.plastic4/logs

Do you have some network limitation/firewall? We can let you know the cloud server IP and port to whitelist it.

Hello, I can’t seem to find that folder. What is the equivalent path for the MacOS folder?
I also don’t have any network limitation and the firewall is inactive on both computer (+ no antivirus).

Please replace “xxx” bu your actual user name:
