My organization purchased 2 seats for the asset “AutoHand,” which we have always used without any issues. However, currently, one of the two seats is constantly marked as occupied, even though no member of the organization has it assigned. It is also impossible to revoke it in any way, as no member of the organization has it.
Now we only have 1 seat available, despite having purchased 2.
I am desperate because we urgently need both seats, and even though I opened a ticket, I was informed that I might have to wait over 2 months to resolve this issue.
I have never posted on the Unity forums before, and I apologize if this is not the appropriate place for this issue, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
