At some point (I think after updating some package) I stopped seeing the package manager UI. I reset the manifest to one from another project with the same packages (but different versions). The package manager UI showed again, but now I cant see the latest versions of some packages. (I have preview packages enabled, but eg. can only see jobs 0.0.7pr6 not the latest 0.0.7pr13). (This is unity 2018.4.14 and package manager ui 2.0.8)
What should I do to see the latest versions?

What would you expect to see in this case? Making a quick check I see that jobs 0.0.7-preview.7 has a unity version of 2019.1, which would indeed cause the last available version for 2018.4 to be 0.0.7-preview.6
Not sure. I thought I could see higher versions prior to problems with the package manager. I went back to the last commit before that and it indeed was preview6.
Where can I check the compatibility of unity releases for specific versions of the packages?
