Can't see UI Elements in scene view

Hi

I can’t see canvas in scene view,but in game view it works fine.
UI is turned on in “Layers” tab.

What happens if you select one of those elements and then do Edit → Frame Selected ? Does the scene camera move?

Yes, it does.
