Can't Sign-In to Unity

I updated to Unity 2018.2.012 and it won’t let me sign in. When I click the Sign-In button nothing happens. It just sits there. I can click Skip and use Unity, but then I can’t access the Assets Store.

I figured it out. I had to do a complete uninstall and reinstall.
