Can't sync Unity with Visual Studio

Hello,

Why there are still “Sync MonoDevelop Project” only? Is it a bug?

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

P.S. I’ve tried it with Unity Pro too.

Sync Monodevelop Project doesn’t mean what you think it does I am thinking.

It is doing it’s job when you tell it to do so I would bet.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand. I tried to “Sync MonoDevelop Project” - nothing happened.

when you press sync mono, it creates the .sln .csproj files for the project.

Thank you… Well now I can edit code from Visual Studio, but how can I open script in Visual Studio by double click in Unity’s console/project window?

Up.

When you set VS as your editor like you did in the screenshot above double-clicking on scripts in Unity will open them in VS.

Unfortunetaly, it doesn’t work :frowning:

Does it work with other programs like notepad++ or any other editor that isn’t monodevelop or VS?
If it is just VS try filing a bug report about the issue (Help > Report Bug)
