Can't unmaximize floating window

When I open a floating window using the Unity “Window” menu and maximize it using the “maximize window” button in the upper-right corner, I am unable to un-maximize it by hitting the same button again. There is a screenshot attached with the maximized window attached.

If I can provide any information to the Unity team to reproduce this bug, please let me know.

Using Ubuntu 14.04, Nvidia drivers 355.11, GTX760

(tested on pc)
Seems like have to resize it manually once,

  • Maximize
  • Click un-maximize
  • Resize the window manually by dragging from the border
  • Then next time when you un-maximize, it remembers this smaller size
