Can't update to the latest version of a unity package.

Recently i had to reinstall Windows and after that my project had URP missing. So i decided to just download it again and ran in to a dependency error. The error said something about URP being dependant on com.unity.burst. I search it up and see this:

The problem is that URP requires Burst v1.8.2 as seen here:

I’ve been trying to fix this for a long time but nothing worked.

Editor version: Unity 2021.3.16f1

Things i’ve tried:

  • Reinstalling both Editor and Hub
  • 2 Different VPNs
  • Updating my license
  • Switching to a different account

I will try to upgrade to other version of unity today, hope it helps.

yup, that fixed the issue

URP now requires Burst v 1.7.3 which has its correct version in the packge library.
