Canvas Elements Change Size while Inspecting in the Editor

After moving to 2022.3.19f1 (HDRP)

Selecting GameObjects within the canvas sometimes causes the canvas to shrink in both the Scene view and the Game view.

The canvas also constantly covers the material preview window that sits at the bottom of the inspector.

Will this be fixed?

Any help with this?
