Canvas scaler / graphic raycaster components not loaded in via addressables

Is it just me or loading a scene via addressables does not properly add components for canvas scaler and graphic raycaster components? (Packed mode broken, virtual mode is fine)

I switched the whole canvas in that scene to prefab and now it works fine.

(It also had trouble attaching an EventSystem component, but I just went ahead and deleted it since it wasn’t one I needed anyway)

This sounds related to the engine bug that is described here: The referenced script (Unknown) on this Behaviour is missing!
should be fixed in 2019.3.0a12, and then backported to 19.2 and 18.4
