Canvas scaling with my window?

Hi Ive got a problem with my UI. When I scale my window it is not scaling the UI with. heres a some screen captures.

How im I supposed to avoid this?

Do you have CanvasScaler component yet in the Canvas object?

Indeed, I had to fix the UI Scale mode. In this tab there’s three options, One of them is Scale whith screen size.
And problem solved!
