Capacity for Spawning particles in Initialize won't save and resets to 2000.

So I don’t know why but it won’t save any value. I change it save and open it back up and what do you know, it’s 2000 again. No idea why it’s doing this. Afraid to open other visual effect assets and see their capacity reset as well. Rebooting Unity doesn’t seem to help. Not sure what to do. I have changed the value to as high as 10,000+ in the past so I figure this is some sort of bug. If it’s not I’ll change the prefix to reflect the change

After rebooting 5 times, the last time the reboot took way longer and it begun to work as intended.
