Is there any way to remove the caption bar from the Unity window whilst in windowed mode?

I guess he is referring to the window caption bar, not to unity logo.
Under OSX is simple i think, just publish as widget. For Windows i didnt see any example.

AFAIK, you’d need access to Unity’s source code in order to remove or change anything in the title bar.
