I need to make a car simulation for my final year project. Since I dont know anything about physics and there are so many different types of them I was wondering if you guys could point me into the right direction. I will use XNA game studio and not Unity so I will have to code all the physics. What type of forces will effect the car, like gravity, friction, air resistant, what other forces do I need to know about and then I need to find the mathematical formulas to simulate the car.
I just need you guys to point me in the right direction. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
