Card Declined in Asset Store - Still Charged

I’m new to Unity and I tried to make a purchase in the Unity Asset Store but I received an error message saying that my card was declined. I logged into to my bank account to see if there were any notifications of a declined charge. Instead, I found that the charge was approved and appeared in my transaction history. I called my bank to get more information and I was told that the charge was indeed approved and that everything looked completely normal on their end.

The assets that I tried to purchase were:

The total for all of these assets and the amount that was charged to my credit card is: $369.99

I tried another purchase with a different credit card through a different bank and almost the same thing happened. The store still said that my card was declined and didn’t give me the asset. This time however, my credit card had two charges!

The item I tried to buy was:

The price for this item is $10.00 however my bank received two charges for that amount for a total of $20.00

Please help!

Are you sure it’s not a ‘reserved’ payment? If so, it should be corrected at the end of the month. Otherwise, contact customer support.

The same just happened to me. Was the money returned at the end of the month tleef?
