Creating an empty project in 2019.1.0b4, causes Unity to display the “Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation” dialog.

Reproduce

  • Open Unity 2019.1
  • Click “Create empty project”
  • Select an empty directory

Actual
Unity displays the “Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation” dialog.

Expected
Just opening the new project without warning dialog.
