(Case 1250452) SceneManager.GetSceneByBuildIndex does not workwith "Reload Scene" disabled

All the structs it returns are “default” and have no name and isLoaded is returned to be false, even when it is loaded. I got the following response from support

I responded back but have not heard further

Thoughts? In my opinion it is clear that this is a bug? I’m okay with there being bugs, that’s just something that happens, even if you say you can’t be bothered to fix it, but I wish Unity didn’t (and I’ve seen this a few times now) try to convince us that bugs are actually by design or intended. This is not by design or intended
