Cashback questions

Hi

I got my first cashback today and i would like to ask a few things:

  1. Does this mean that someone downloaded the pack and can now use it without playing ?

  2. Is it possible to know who the customer is, in the above case ?

  3. Is there any other reason than credit problem to get a cashback ? In this case is it possible to be informed for the reason ?

If you mean chargeback, that’s typically because of credit card fraud.
