Castleville Legends error

Every time I go to open Castleville legends the last 2 days, I get an error saying “error launching Unity Player”. I have clicked on manually install, I have uninstalled and reinstalled following your instructions to a T on one of your previous points, and I’ve reset my computer numerous times. It still is not working. What can I do to fix this?

We deployed an urgent security update last Thursday for the webplayer and we are looking into the issue.

What is the exact graphics card model you have?

Can you post the logfile of the webplayer from when you try to access the game?
