Change color of editor's background from code

Can i change the editor’s colors from code?

Quick answers to this is no, not that I’m aware of anyway.

Maybe if you made your own plugin editor, then maybe, but I doubt it. In other words, not via the Javascript or C# your programming within Unity itself.

Out of interest, why do you want to do that? Because you can change the colours within the preferences, but I’m guessing you already knew that.

You mean bg color of Text Editor (MonoDevelop)?

Tools → Options → Text Editor → Syntax Highlighting

Here you can change color schemes or you can create your own schemes
