In Unity,when I change eulerAngles of GameObject,the rotation point is center of model. How can I change eulerAngles of GameObject with any point?
There isn't any way of doing this with a single line of code in Unity (that I know of).
Fortunately the algorithm is pretty well known. Just doing a quick google search lead me to this page: http://www.torquepowered.com/community/forums/viewthread/71517 Granted it's written in torque script, but I'm sure the conversion isn't that difficult.
Easiest way is to add an empty GameObject at the pivot point, set it to parent of the object in question, then rotate that instead
No coding (unless you want to add the pivot at runtime) necessary :)
