Change icon and app name from script

Hi,
I’m searching for a way to change the app icon and name from a C# script. Primarily for Android.
Maybe there is a way to overwrite the image of the icon in the app folder, I dunno.

Have you guys any experience with this?

I don’t think you can/you’re allowed to even if you can, because when you download the apk, it sets the applications logo and name, and then you can run it, and then will your script run

Edit:
maybe if you find the data folder, where your application is located, then you can edit it, but for this you might need a rooted device and I don’t think, that android loves, when you are searching through other files on the phone
