Change Rigidbody collision detection an ALL rigidbodys with tag X?

hey! I am currently working on a settings menu for my Ragdoll Game and want to add a “Physics” Setting. So at the moment the Collision Detection on my rigidbodys is set to Discrete. but i want to Toggle between Discrete and continious on all rigidbodys in my scene. Is that somehow possible?

Also, Sometimes the Col. Detection setting should stay on discrete on some objects. so i thought maybe mark the one that should be changed wit a tag?

You should be able to run a foreach() loop against the tag and, I believe, it will return each object with that tag in the current scene. With tags, I don’t believe they need to be related objects (child-parent-grandparent relation).
