For now, I just have bought Unity4 iOs Basic Plugin. In this version you can’t change the splash screen when you app loads.
I suposse flash have the screen, if I buy that plugin, can I change that screen?

The $400 Flash add-on has the same splash screen as the $400 iOS add-on. Purchase the Pro versions if you do not want a Unity splash screen.
