Install 2022.3.18?
Or better upgrade to the latest patch release which is 56f1, that’s almost 40 bugfix and QoS updates.
Perhaps you accidentally uninstalled this older version when installing the newer version. Or perhaps Unity Hub doesn’t recognize it anymore due to corruption (sometimes Antivirus causes issues like these).
Is there a way that i can edit this proj in the latest editor version 6000? Cuz i dont want to install multiple versions at the same time.
Yes, you can open projects in newer editor versions.
What you shouldn’t do is open a project in an older editor version because that may lead to loss of data and is generally not supported. So once you’re on Unity 6 you should no longer open it with 2022.
Best to keep a backup of the project in either case.
Delete the Library folder. You’ll likely get a permission issue while doing so. If so, reboot and try again. Probably some process froze which still has a file lock on that file/folder.
