Change UV coordinates

Hi everyone!
I hope this is the right section to ask the question.
So i create this low poly car in Blender.

I used 256x256 gradient atlas as a texture(not finished yet). There is a option in Blender, that makes it possible to use multiple uv maps for a single object. My idea was to create a single object with a single texture. So, just by changing UV coordinates, I can change the color of my car.(exampe below).

I am new to Unity so I am curious if it possible to do something like this in Unity. Is it posible to get acess to UV maps, or UV coordinates. I tried googleing it by myself but I didn’t find anything that I wanted. The only way that I found, was just to export the same 3d model multiple times but with different uv coordinates. But I feel like it will significantly affect game performance. Maybe I just used the wrong terminology to find the solution, so maybe you can name me a “keyword”, documentation section or etc.

You can see examples of manipulating UV coordinates in my MakeGeo procedural generation project.

Most of the geometry generators also generate UVs, such as this one:

Thanks for your reply, i will definitely try it!
