how can I change the world color?

This really depends on what you mean by World, as well as what version of Unity you are using.

By world do you mean Terrain? All Objects? A Single Object? A partial subset of all Objects?
By change colour do you mean Global Tint? UntexturedColour? Colour Ramps(i.e. Colour Correction PostFX)?

If you provide more explicit detail it will be much easier to help you. Pictures and descriptive language help alot.

there where no objects or particles… are. default: blue. it’s like the background

If you select your camera object, there should be a “Background” property.
